Our Medical Records coordinator ensures patient’s medical records are complete in the EMR prior to a patient’s visit. She also coordinates external records within the Practice’s EMR system including previous medical records, test results, and other correspondence. She also prepares and sends records to external parties following an appropriate procedure for Protected Health Information.
